The "One-stop" student community | The third phase of the resume clinic of the "Jingshi Intelligent Diagnosis Station" of the School of Economics and Management was successfully launched in the community

The Voice of CCNU On April 29th at noon, the "Jingshi" Academic and Vocational Education Studio held the third "Resume Clinic Enters the Community" activity at the "One-stop" student community comprehensive Service Center in Building 2 of Nanhu. This event has invited six professional instructors, namely Fan Qidi, Wu Hongxue, Peng Yiting, Ji Lingmeng, Xu Xiangyi and Xiong Sicheng. Teachers provide one-on-one communication and guidance, and offer targeted suggestions for resume revision.

During the activity, the teachers gave detailed guidance on the students' resumes. From the overall structure to the specific content of the resume, from the format norms to the textual expression, professional adjustment suggestions have been provided, striving to ensure that each resume is well-organized and appropriately detailed. In terms of content optimization, teachers suggest that students expand their experiences in detail, highlighting professional skills related to the target position, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of their resumes. In addition, teachers also combine the personal development needs of students, conduct in-depth analysis of career position choices, help everyone sort out their future development plans, and assist students in clarifying their career directions.


Teachers guide the revision of resumes

The atmosphere at the event was lively, and there was frequent interaction between teachers and students. Teachers provided professional guidance on the students' resume making, suggesting that everyone optimize the layout of their resumes to keep them neat and beautiful. Clearly categorize the resume content through key titles, objectively describe it in the form of "experience + achievements", and avoid subjective expression. At the same time, guide students to benchmark against job requirements in their self-evaluation, highlight their personal strengths, and enhance the fit between their internship experiences and the target positions, thereby improving the competitiveness of their resumes.

Through face-to-face communication with teachers, students were given the opportunity to optimize their resumes and enhance their confidence in job hunting. We believe that in the future, students will embrace the employment challenges with a more composed and confident attitude and secure their desired offers!
