The Voice of CCNU On June 23, the "Special Party Class (Ideological and Political Course) on Deeply Implementing the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations" for student affairs staff was held in the first-floor lecture hall of the Science Hall. Chen Diming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a thematic Party class to all political work cadres of the university, focusing on the theme of "Persistently Implementing the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations and Ushering in a New Situation of High-Quality Development with New Achievements in Work Style Construction." Participants included all staff from the Party Committee Student Affairs Department, the University Youth League Committee, the Employment Office, as well as student work leaders from each training unit, all full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate counselors, and student representatives. The special Party class was chaired by Yang Jun, Deputy Director of the Party Committee Student Affairs Department.

Chen Diming delivered his lecture around three core aspects: "How to View the Strengthening of the Party's Work Style Construction," "How to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Implementing the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations," and "How to Implement the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations in the New Era." He emphasized that strengthening the Party's work style construction is an inevitable requirement for preserving the Party's advanced nature and purity, for consolidating the Party's long-term governance foundation, and for fulfilling the Party's central tasks. The Eight Central Regulations serve as the entry point and mobilization order for improving work style, effectively addressing the challenge of "not knowing where to start" in Party building, and leveraging a small breakthrough to drive a major transformation in comprehensive and strict Party governance. The in-depth education on implementing the Eight Central Regulations reflects the Party Central Committee's profound grasp of the new situation, tasks, and requirements in work style construction, and represents a crucial measure to scientifically and precisely rectify the entrenched problems of the "four forms of decadence." This demonstrates the Party's unwavering commitment to self-governance and comprehensive and strict governance.

Chen Diming highlighted that since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the thorough implementation of the Eight Central Regulations has achieved remarkable results:
Building Trust Through Action – Concrete measures have earned the heartfelt trust and support of the broad masses.
Purifying the Political Environment – Effectively eliminating unhealthy practices and fostering a culture of integrity.
Shaping Social Norms – Using exemplary Party conduct to guide social and civic morality.
Driving Development – Leveraging "small breakthroughs" to trigger "major transformations," pooling robust resources for the Party and the nation's development, and enhancing resilience against risks and challenges.

Chen Diming emphasized that all political work cadres must focus their efforts in three key areas to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Eight Central Regulations:
First, strengthen theoretical learning to fortify the "core" of work style construction—systematically study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on strengthening the Party's work style, clarifying the "why," "what," and "how" of work style construction to solidify its ideological foundation.
Second, adhere to problem-oriented approaches to target the "bullseye" of work style construction—all political work cadres must uphold strict standards, measures, and self-discipline with unwavering persistence, ensuring long-term effectiveness.
Third, enhance exemplary leadership to serve as the "leading goose" in work style construction—demonstrate genuine commitment in daily work and manifest Party spirit in minor details, leveraging the influence of the "key minority" to drive the "vast majority."
