To enrich the campus cultural life and enhance students' hands-on practical abilities and artistic creativity, on the afternoon of April 26th, the "Ingenious Ideas, Cream Handicrafts" DIY cream glue theme activity, meticulously planned by the e-Qi Mental Health Education Station of the School of Information Management in collaboration with the Keming Ideological and Political Studio, was warmly held in the student community of Nanhu Building 2, attracting many students to actively participate. Experience the unique charm of handcrafted creations together.
At the beginning of the event, the host explained in detail to everyone the usage method, production skills, and matters needing attention of the cream glue, and personally demonstrated the gluing technique of the cream glue and the matching method of the accessories. The students fully exerted their imagination, ingeniously combining cream gels of different colors together, outlining unique patterns with glue squeegee pens, and then carefully pasting their favorite accessories on them.
During the production process, the students exchanged ideas and learned from each other. The atmosphere on the spot was warm and harmonious, and laughter and joy could be heard from time to time. Participants showed off the cream glue hair clips they had made and excitedly said, "I usually have a lot of study pressure. This activity allowed me to calm down and make a small accessory of my own by hand. I feel a great sense of achievement." Moreover, during the process of creating together with my classmates, I also made many new friends.
At the end of the event, the April birthday party also kicked off. The students present sang the birthday song together for the birthday celebrants. The voices were different, but each note carried the most sincere blessings, warm and passionate.
The successful holding of this DIY cream glue activity not only provided students with a platform to relieve stress and relax their minds and bodies, but also cultivated their hands-on ability and innovative thinking by combining artistic creation with manual practice. The communication bridge built at the event site broke down the barriers between majors and grades. It enabled students from different backgrounds to enhance their friendship while sharing ideas and learning from each other, creating a warm and harmonious campus atmosphere.
